Our 1996 Sycamore Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon spent 24 months in French Oak with 3 years of bottle age for a lovely balance of fruit and subtle oak flavors. Hints of cedar, clove and cinnamon inter-mingle with expressive aromas of vanilla, juniper berries, and blackberries. Intense fruit flavors abound, featuring black cherry, darkk plum, and a host of red-berry fruit. Balanced tannins and perfect acidity create a great, food friendly Cabernet. Composition: 78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot & 3% Cabernet Franc.-Winery
